I found this in my nginx error log:
[crit] 5735#5735: *1 connect() to unix:/var/run/php5-fpm.sock failed (2: No such file or directory) while connecting to upstream, client: [ip address], server: [website url], request: "GET / HTTP/1.1", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/var/run/php5-fpm.sock:", host: "[website url]", referrer: "[website url]"
I was looking around for a fix, and didn't know what to do since I'm not running PHP 5, but 7. So... oddly enough, changing this was enough to fix it. Am I doing this wrong, or is this a reasonable idea? I'm new to some of this. Thanks.
When editing file etc/php/7.0/fpm/pool.d/www.conf
This:
listen = /run/php/php7.0-fpm.sock
Was changed to...
listen = /var/run/php5-fpm.sock
Here's the version:
PHP 7.0.22-0ubuntu0.16.04.1 (cli) ( NTS )
Copyright (c) 1997-2017 The PHP Group
Zend Engine v3.0.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2017 Zend Technologies
with Zend OPcache v7.0.22-0ubuntu0.16.04.1, Copyright (c) 1999-2017, by Zend Technologies)
Edit: After installing Flarum... I got a 504 error and now back to 502. ?
Edit 2: Okay, so I removed the value since it mentioned that the default value is actually blank, but it wasn't when I encountered the file. Now the site loaded.
Edit 3: Then it breaks whenever I attempt to load the admin panel. lol...
Can anyone help clarify what all is going on? Thanks ?
