Icons, Login, and Posts not working in Chrome.

Hello, I am having some trouble pertaining everything in my website as little squares show in place of icons, I cannot log in, nor can I view any posts when using Google Chrome on Windows 10.

I have cleared all my cache in my browser, the .js assets, and storage/cache.

But, when I try to use it on my phone or another browser, everything works correctly.

Any help please?

Samuel Can you show a screenshot? Have you tried to access your website using another browser?

I had tried it in another browser and it worked perfectly. I also tried it in private mode in chrome and it didn't work. clarkwinkelmann

Could you share a link ?

Only the icons are missing ? The remaining of the interface is correctly shown ? Maybe you've got an extension (Adblock or such) that's blocking the icon files ? What happens if you open it in Private Browsing in the same browser ?

I had this when I accessed my forum using a different url than the one in config.php, because it messes up the javascript. Even switching http and https might matter.

Samuel I opened your website in Chrome, Windows 10 and it's working just fine.

There has to be some caching issue or bad internet connection.

Samuel Hey I just saw that you have also shared an image about login issue (although it's not happening on my side). First I thought that it might be some CSS loading issue but it can be something else as well since login should work even if CSS is not loading properly. Let's wait for sometime and have a dev look at your problem.

There are only a few methods I can suggest since it's only happening with you on one particular browser.

Ctrl + F5

Remove cache, cookies totally from your browser and it should fix your issue

Remove Flarum's own cache and Cloudflare's cache (if using)

Finally, reinstall Chrome (although this doesn't make any sense but it might work)

Sorry brother, there are not much things which I can suggest you for this.

It seems the problem has occurred once again, I have tried the steps provided by gurjyot and none have worked.

Well, it seems that suddenly as of 30 seconds ago, it's working? I will give it some time to see if this is just a lucky occurance. If it occurs again, I will be sure to result to the instructions you had given above. Thank you.
