php.exe file?? Composer Setup

So my Windows 10 i pull up the Composer Setup and it tells me to put on a php.exe file?? i looked and i dont have one!! Im new to this and just needs some help Thanks

Rowdy_Kepler Did you install PHP ? You might want to use a package like WAMP to get Apache/MySQL/PHP installed.
