Center font and change it size based on specific user-agent

Hi there again!

How can I realize the following functions:

Center text in tags section
Change it size

This functions must be executed only if ua equals to Kiosk/1.0.

Well, problem with determining ua is solved right now, but how can I center text & change it size for all the tag blocks?

I need to implement this:

I assume you don't want to show the tag descriptions. In this case, the following CSS should do the trick together with my third suggestion for javascript here:

body.Is-Kiosk .TagTile-info {
    overflow: hidden;
}
body.Is-Kiosk .TagTile-name {
    text-align: center;
    padding-top: 45px;
    padding-bottom: 50px;
    font-size: 200%;
}

You could also get rid of the <a class="TagTile-lastDiscussion"> element; in this case some more CSS would be needed.
