RelatedTitle then this must be just your browser. What browser is that ? CTRL+F5 should work in most browsers.

Also if you wait a bit the browser will eventually re-download the translations

RelatedTitle you mean SSH on your server ? Or accessing the command line on your local machine ?

If you can't find any detail about SSH in your hosting dashboard, maybe contact the hosting provider to know if it's available or not.

I got it, I can now access ssh and install extensions much easier
