Error with extension doctrine/inflector

Hi everyone,
Sometime, i launch putty and i write composer.phar update
for update all packages need updates, and tonight i have doctrine/inflector updated v1.2.0 to v1.3.0
I don't know what is this extension but i think it's one "internal extension" used by Flarum.
So after this update, i can't create a new discussion or delete one post into my forum. It said this error:

So i have rollback to v1.2.0 with composer.phar require doctrine/inflector:1.2.0 and it work perfeclty like before.
Into packagist page, it said "PHP 7.1 required" it's maybe this ? https://packagist.org/packages/doctrine/inflector
I don't see else, i create this discussion for ask developpers if it's one error of Flarum or my configuration with not PHP 7.1, and maybe it resolve future problems of others ?

SmoulBuchholz did you run composer update locally and then upload? What php version is flarum running under?

luceos i use putty into my installation directly (so it's online, with SSH ?) i have tried flarum cache:clear and it's same, so i have rollback the extension and it work.
My forum is based on 1&1 and he's use PHP 5.6 actually, but into my account 1&1 i can switch to PHP 7.0 / 7.1 or 7.2 but i don't think if it will broke some extensions or flarum core so i keep 5.6 for the moment

SmoulBuchholz you can safely switch to php 7.1. 7.2 seems to misbehave at this point. Make sure to run composer update afterwards, new packages will be required.

luceos ok i see, i will make this Saturday / Sunday for switch to PHP 7.1 and i will see if doctrine/inflector work or not ?

luceos I have switched to PHP 7.1 and use composer.phar update but nothing is updated (even doctrine/inflector, it's already v1.2.0)
