I think that it would be a lot easier, because of concept and how flarum works, for navigation bar at mobile view to be positioned to bottom. It's not that easy reachable at top, especially how nowadays smartphones have 5.5+".
And maybe the first post can be pinned at top, and after loading page to be displayed last, not first post.
