Shahiem There is no installer (zip files) at the moment. You have to install Composer on your machine before you can install Flarum. Read: http://flarum.org/docs/installation/
jordanjay29 Joel you can install composer on a local machine. If you have a server stack (Apache/Nginx, MySQL, PHP) like WAMP/LAMP or XAMPP, you can run composer.
