503 Service unavailable

After installation i get 503 Service unavailable (This forum is down for maintenance.)

The mySQL database looks like this:

So it has 15 tables which only "migrations" have 18 rows and others none, allso all are type MyISAM so i think something has failed on installation?

Im trying to host in on local only to do some test to see if flarum fits my needs. Im hosting it with wamp wich uses php5.6.31 and mySQL5.7.19

Got it fixed, first I changed my.ini located on wamp64\bin\mysql\mysql5.7.19
line default-storage-engine=MYISAM to default-storage-engine=InnoDB

After that i noticed, that i had been using different version of php on composer than what wamp used, so i reinstalled composer and set it to use php5.6.31, then i did fresh install of flarum with that, and everything started to work flawlessly.
