Occasionally, I can't open my flarum site. Apache just didn't respond. However, once I deleted the cookies, everything was back to normal. I experienced this issue every time after installing flarum on a new machine (the setup never completes and the server doesn't respond unless I clear the cookies), and occasionally while using it. I don't know if this is an issue of the flarum software or my settings. Any help would be appreciated.
