luceos RelatedTitle the text in the mails are contained in the language files. You can fork the English extension and edit to your liking then use that as a replacement.
clarkwinkelmann You can also use the Flagrow Linguist extension to edit the translation strings without having to fork the language extension ? You'll probably still need to dig into the English extension to find the name of the translation you want to edit with Linguist.

clarkwinkelmann RelatedTitle do a search for the text you'd like to replace in https://github.com/flarum/flarum-ext-english/blob/v0.1.0-beta.7/locale/core.yml#L462 For example there's core.email.activate_account.body. This makes me wonder if you can input multiline text in Linguist. Don't hesitate to open an issue in Linguist repo or post in Linguist discussion if the text can't be entered ?
