If you mean: logging in via email address ⇒ receiving email with prepared login url ⇒ login with one-time key by following that url. That's not implemented afaik. Personally it's not really needed if a password recovery is in place. Just another potential security issue that could be avoided. The (minimal) benefits do not outweigh the potential problems.
