Domain Name

So I am planning on using Flarum to create a website for nurses, CNAs, nursing students to come to to have an organized place to ask questions, bs and all that jazz. I hate facebook and facebook's format and believe that this would be awesome and have already asked a lot of nurses that I work with what they thought. About 95% have said that they would use a website like that. My only problem is that I cannot think of an awesome domain name for the website. I would like something that would reflect a fun, funny, family type of feeling when seeing the name. Any ideas, thoughts and help would be appreciated.

I got a lot of dumb domain names and others with a joke inside and the best way to found one is always to start from the "core" word describing your activity and add a somewhat adjective or funny name after.

ChadJessen If you don't plan to be a big community and do a lot of SEO and thoses other things, you can have a somewhat long domain name without worry. And this one is funny ?

BlackSheep I am hoping it will turn into a big community and be a great place to go. It would probably be me posting in facebook and word of mouth type of thing for it to get that way. It will be a lot of work, but worth it I think. I like it cause it is funny, and healthcare are always asking each other that as well...haha

I went with that domain name. I have purchased hosting and have setup the ssh access. I am off to bed so I can get up early and go to work. I will be working on this and getting it setup over the next couple of days.

I can understand the frustration with missing out on domain names. I once bought one quite a few years ago and let it expire; the asking price is $2,195. ?

I bought it for max $10 per year.

I wish I still had it as I really wanted to use it. I bought the same domain name with a hyphen in it but it's not the same... I've been trying to look for a new name since but nothing stuck. My site is Studio Blueprint.

I do like the name you chose though. Make sure to post about it in the showcase discussion once it's ready. ?

What about thosescrubs.com, themscrubs.com or thesescrubs.com you can prefix the rest if you like inside a logo or so. But it keeps it short and easy to remember. I'm not native English, but truncating part of the brand for the domain is not unheard of.

Love the idea! i may join it later on as i love medical stories. The ambulance blogs i know of are so outdated now theres no fresh content on it. Please keep it up ?
