An intriguing little project for static page wikis was recently released. It's called Wikihub:

It significantly lowers the bar for community contributions, especially when it comes to tiny drive-by edits like fixing typos. As opposed to catapulting you over to GitHub like the standard "Improve this page" does, Wikihub lets you edit content in-place, and creates a pull request for you when you publish your changes. You don't even have to log in; you can edit anonymously and a sock puppet user will make a pull request on your behalf.
I hope you guys will consider implementing this on flarum.org/docs/. I'm itching to use it on my own docs revamp but it's not ready yet.
