Tilde characters deleted on URL

See this test post: https://discuss.flarum.org/d/9226-this-is-a-test-with-tilde-la-mam-del-ni-o
It has some Spanish words with characters like 'á' and 'ñ'

Those characters should be converted to 'a' and 'n', instead of being deleted. So the correct URL should be https://discuss.flarum.org/d/9226-this-is-a-test-with-tilde-la-mama-del-nino and then it will have meaning.

Is it possible?

Try this extension. Not sure if it's updated for Beta 7, though.
