Finally I've found the solution !
If you save your mail configuration before completing the entire form, you will have this problem (the blank page) so the solution is the next one : Go on your database and manually add the informations (mail_driver, mail_password, mail_username, etc...). it's on the settings table ?

arelumes Hi, i have tried with config of 1&1 and it's not work :/ notifications mail don't sended to members
Config is:

user : email created into panel (i have make this)
password : password of email created
server : auth.smtp.1and1.fr [Host into Flarum]
Port: 465
Encryption : SSL
And into Driver i have put smtp and into Sender i have copied the same email created.

My bad, I was going off older versions . I checked my config and email settings were not stored there.

You need to open up your flarum MySQL database and then go to the settings table. There, you will find mail_driver key and other mail related values. Edit the value for that respective key.

Here I use phpmyadmin to illustrate the mail settings values.

You had mentioned that the last thing you did was save the email settings so I am just assuming you want to correct them.
