Configuration e-mail server

Hi. I have been trying to set up an email server for several hours ... and nothing. I try use smtp.gmail.com and smtp.zoho.com. I searched most forums and nothing. Is there a complete guide?

D3_J noreply@kontakt@ourgamers.com that mail address is incorrect. Did you set that up as the sender address (assuming you can't register with such an email address)?

D3_J You don't have to delete your posts once you're questions have been answered. Other people may have similar issues and will not be able to find the solution if such a thing happens.
