Damn... I guess that went the other direction..
My idea of this discussion was to raise the awareness for security of people first time using such type of software.
If I should've offended someone, I am sorry.
luceos There is no such thing as a stupid question. They might seem stupid when you are experienced at the topic at hand. People saying questions are stupid feel too proud about their own accomplishments to understand where they came from.
Actually you are right, I should have been more precisely. They're indeed not stupid if the questioner has tried to fix this problem by himself by using for example a search machine or platforms like stackoverflow. Most of the questions asked have been already answered. You just have to find them.
Am I too proud? Not at all. That's my daily bread.
luceos Suggesting an "official" list of hosting providers as concluding statement comes off as shady when you yourself are providing one of such hosting services.
It may yes. Even if I would not provide such a service, having a list of providers with "is working" or "is not working" would not be that wrongly.
I actually don't want to be on such a list, keep in mind, my service is completely free and limited to a bunch of people.
