Error creating an account

So some people have reported an error while trying to register. It is odd since most people don't have this issue. The error has happens on a user that tried to register both using facebook OAuth and normal register on a mobile device and on windows, internet explorer, chrome and firefox. I have have this screenshot of the error the person sent me:

Could anyone help me? I have no clue what is the problem. Only two people had this problem. I initially think it was a password less than 8 characters but the person said it wasn't.

bertaveira I get this error on the non-www version of my domain. Maybe it's the opposite for you.

Update:

The facebook login was not working but I fixed it using this post: https://discuss.flarum.org/d/3957-facebook-login

but people have complain about the normal register so I have no idea. The same person that noticed the facebook problem also had the normal register problem. Any Ideas what is the problem?

bertaveira Please post the output of php flarum info. This will allow us to see what extensions you have installed, and anything else that might be causing an error.

bertaveira that same user might provide you with another screenshot.. Pretty darn useful if you ask me ? ?

clarkwinkelmann I have tried the debug off... I am waiting for the feedback on the users and then I'll tell you how did it go.

luceos it is in portuguese but it is the normal error debug warning. I have disabeled the debug in the config file and I will see how it goes

In this case was a registered user trying to login. He has been on the forum for a while without problems (he is a mod):

Need to remove the line that includes bio field as it says, most likely League Oauth2 issue at this point. ?

Tip: if debug mode is enabled, there's no user friendly error message for existing username or email. Maybe that's the case here ?

bertaveira Indeed, lorem may have pointed out the issue. Flarum can only work on the exact URL input into config.php, using www.yoursite.com when you have yoursite.com in the config will create errors like this. Please ensure your mod uses the correct site URL and have them try again.

lorem WOW I think that was it. Thank you so much. For those who experienc the same problem the solution I am trying is to modify the .htaccess by adding a http 301 redirect from the www. to the non www.
