Did you try to define custom CSS rules via the admin panel?
Or did you modify Flarum's LESS files?

I can't to login to admin panel, and i can't to do anything. I get it during installation or immediately after. And i didn't modify LESS file

That's very strange. Where did you download the code? Beta1 from the homepage? Or from GitHub?

Can you try re-uploading the original files?
