I commonly use inline links to back up a point or reference related info on the same forum.
However, this is entirely one way, leaving the place referenced without any knowledge it was ever mentioned.
When you reply to a post, not only does it link to the original post, but it tells the old post who linked to it. I think this should enhanced.
So.. If you post a inline link or normal link (-> http://discuss.flarum.org/d/984-discussion-to-reference) to a post within the same domain I think it should be converted to this format -> [unknown]
I think the inline link should convert to -> "if you post a [unknown] or..."
Since each post has a permalink, it should have enough data to convert.
