Ruby on rails vs Php what's better in your case, though both are different things but considering any application what are your thoughts.

Sanguine I checked that, it concludes ruby is better, but i want php to be winner,so i can stick to flarum ?

PranavJadhav Hahaha... But I think flarum is using more javascript than php. I personally prefer less javascript and more php.

It depends, i myself prefer php. But there is many other things that will affect perfomance, not just a programming language/framework. As well, process of installation is not as easy as it is when using a php. At the end, users of ur forum won't notice any difference.
