Well, there are limitations with custom js/html, if nothing than in terms of resources required for style to work properly.
I agree with you, extensions would offer more possibilites, but there is problem when it comes to installation process, it won't be easy as it is now, as well as maintaining that extension to work with latest version of flarum.

About extending Mithril components, sadly, never did it before, i hope there is going to be more resources to learn from.
It would be a nice thing to have something like theme manager which would allow theme to be installed from .zip.

Razor I would be willing to incorporate this into an extension, not sure if it would turn out how you wanted it to ?

clarkwinkelmann The only issue you may encounter with making this an extension is getting the custom html added in. I had to create a separate div called customheader in my extension, to actually get my custom html to show.

Thank you for offering a help. Now, this theme is finished and fully working, so there is no need for a extensions(for reasons a mentioned above). But, maybe in future, if i can't achieve what i want this way, i will ask you for extension. So, keep in mind this offer ?.

I will take a deeper look on this issue, when i am back home. It's strange, as it is working as it should for me, at same resolution.

1080p should, in any case, offer enough space for scrollbar. So if u can check ur screen resolution settings and hold ctrl and scroll down, as it looks to me, that the page is zoomed, which is probably a reason why it is displayed that way.

Razor can we apply this theme or style to only Admin/Staff group ?

KazeroG There is currently no way to do this, at least not that I know of ? , that would have to be incorporated into an extension
