Metus24 It depends. This extension doesn't actually do anything with setting or removing cookies in the backend. Flarum by default only has the flarum_remember
and flarum_session
cookie, both of which are a technical necessity. Without them, authentication doesn't work.
If you have non-essential cookies on your Forum such as Google Tag Manager or some other kind of analytics tool, then I can recommend something like onetrust or usercentrics which you can easily plug in.
I'm not a lawyer, but as long as you inform users that technical cookies are used, you should be able to get away with not having a option to manage or decline cookies. This of course isn't legal advice!
