I will like to suggest an extension to allow moderator to make selected topics to appear on the topic homepage and sort according to date selected.... And topic homepage will be on a url e.g https://discuss.flarum.org/topichompage

As far as I can tell, it doesn't relate.

Seems to me Sticky Topics don't stay "pinned"... they get pushed down the list when newer posts are made, which is counter-intuitive and defeats the purpose, does it not? Maybe that's the way it appears to behave to those who have read the Topic? It would be good to at least have an option for X number of days to remain pinned, and then it could become un-pinned?

And there is no sorting feature (by date or otherwise) for Sticky Topics.

Sticky topics get un-pinned when you read them. They re-pin when there are new, unread replies. This behavior only works for logged in users, guests should always see sticky topics pinned.
