I see a differences which is supposed to be that way and I see other differences that I would not expect.
The bold text of the discussion title for visitors is meant to be (all titles are treated as unread for visitors).
Not to be expected is the difference in the font size in the line below the title and the rendering of the tag label (e.g. font-variant: all-small-caps).
I have no explanation why this is happening, my initial thoughts went into cache problems as well, but you assured that their weren't any. By the way: Do you use Cloudflare?
