sudo nano /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/yourforumname

Change server name from whatever it is to seekadventure.net

sudo nano /var/www/yourflarumname/config.php
change 'url' => 'http://seekadventure.net'

sudo systemctl restart nginx

See if that helps

Looks like seekadventure.net works but www.seekadventure.net does not

0E800 I tried all that and it didn't work. Then I tried to revert to what I had previously because just seekadventure.net worked and now that doesn't either lol

Remember you also need to make the url change in /var/www/yoursitename/config.php to reflect what is in your Nginx config.

Your good. I see your nginx default screen.

You just need to make change in flarum config.

seekadventure.net is being properly directed to www.seekadventure.net and nginx is working. Your flarum just is not turned on. So there is a issue with your nginx config or your flarum config.

0E800 should the flarum config file just be http://www.seekadventure.net ? there are a lot of similar options right here, I guess I do not fully understand how these two config files work together.

Thats what all the other images I found looked like, but it seems to be working as you had it before.

Like I said, I type in browser http://seekadventure.net and it takes me to http://www.seekadventure.net

I see the Nginx welcome page.

So everything server wise is working, but Nginx doesnt know to load Flarum, so we need to check your nginx config and your flarum config.

I think it should be http://seekadventure.net because your are appending a www. to it.

Show me the server { part of your nginx config.

It looks like its just not pointing to the FLARUM index for some reason

did you run sudo systemctl restart nginx after you made the change?
We will get this working, everything else is, just need figure where the disconnect is.

but after doing both still stuck on the nginx welcome

Try changing the Flarum config to url => http://www.seekadventure.net

then run sudo php flarum cache:clear and sudo systemctl restart nginx

Edit: sorry, also try changing your Nginx server_name to www.seekadventure.net` and restart ngnix

0E800 so it didn't work and I tried a ctr-f5 for good measure and I got this:

www.seekadventure.net redirected you too many times.
