I am not able to View Top Menu After installation

How will i activate top menu in forum
Like in this demo "Home" ,"Guidelines" ,"FAQ" etc....

Those header links are implemented as a custom theme for this site.

An extension that will make it easy to add such links is on the Roadmap.
