It would be very weird if your password is changed by the installation. It's also very weird for Flarum to log you out. Can you tell me more about your browser and when this happens? Are you on a shared network, university, are you using additional tools like a blocker or virusscanner?

Latest Firefox. System didn't reset the password. It simply lost the password remember. It is me who forgets password each time and had to try the reset link. Personal home network. Using Adblock plus and couple of feature addition Firefox addons.

Ah so you got logged out by your browser and you had to reset your own password. This is not exactly an issue of Flarum, correct? Because the default behavior is to remember you permanently. Unless you have set your browser settings to delete cookies after each session.

Don't know. On some other sites, I use " remember password " option and there I remain logged in even though I got logged out of Flarum. That's why I requested " Remember me " option so that I need not have to remember the password.

It looks like a problem on your side. I am logged in here from 3 different computers and all remember me automatically even if I have not visited the forum for over a week.

I have a couple of other " Remember me " cookies on the same browser. All of them remains logged in. That's the reason, I thought of reporting it.

discuss.flarum.org also logs me out once in a while. It's annoying. I'm on Chrome browser (Android). Works fine on desktop.

Franz That must be a week of inactivity then, I assume?

While delving into this I found that the expiration is updated with two weeks for the server side token.
