Is there any extension for installing Hash Tag On Flarums

EXAMPLE:- #Flarum

Still there is no any extension for this. I think Hashtags make easy searching. May be this extension can work at markdown and convert hashtags to search query link such as;

#apple -> ( https://discuss.flarum.org/?q=apple )
#news -> ( https://discuss.flarum.org/?q=news)
#technology -> ( https://discuss.flarum.org/?q=technology) .....
