I'm pretty sure I visited that onc recently, but it's sadly now dead ? https://web.archive.org/web/20160723185258/http://www.error418.net:80/ It was apparently run from a raspberry pi inside an actual teapot. Mine is not as fancy, it's on a VPS behind Cloudflare.

Zalando is using teapot in their url as path segment for all their kubernetes code, for instance they wrote something to assist with automatic dns configurations, this is their path for those files:
