On a general note, shared hosting will never be able to have unlimited anything.
They might promise unlimited, but the ToS always have a "Fair Use" clause, meaning if you grow to much, they will shut you down in one way or other. The best companies contact you before doing so, but most will simply suspend your website.
Additionally, a shared hosting account is limited to a set, often small, amount of resources.
Like maximum IOPS, ,maximum upload speed, and other limiting factors such as a low php ram allocation.
My experience was that A2 hosting operated on a upper medium to high on that respect, especially in light of their reasonable pricing.
