Members can't post after upgrading from b2 to b3

Members can not post new discussion or reply with the error message oops, while Admins have no problem.

Upgraded from beta 2, and reset permissions.

KeyleXiao If you encounter the same issue, your Akismet plugin does not have an API token added as setting.
