PHP Fatal Error when run "php flarum info"

I ran this flarum successful before upgrading.

I fresh install again, from the first page installation until end.
run php flarum info got error below:-

After installation successfully, goto main page is blank totally. i didn't use subdomain or sub folder either way.

I guess you are using PHP 7.2; the upcoming beta will work it, not the current one.
