Prosperous I get a nice big office I share with 1 other person. We have a massive kitchen stocked with snacks and a cook that makes lunch for a different Dept every day. Every developer gets 2-3 monitors, a fairly high spec computer, and an UpDesk. I get to take frequent trips to the factory (10 minute drive, with company Tesla's) to meet with the engineering team. Best of all, the work is quota based meaning I have certain tasks to complete before the end of the week. This means that some weeks I'll get to take friday (or sometimes even Thursday if I'm fast) off without using any vacation time.
So yeah, it's pretty freaking cool working here
