Cannot load correctly from external IP

I am trying to set up Flarum at www.thfplatoon.tk but whenever I try to access using that link, or the external IP of my pc, it says that I need to reload the page in order to get it to work. But it does that everytime. Also images are not loaded properly. I was searching online and found that it might have something to do with Absolute/Relative paths. Please, help me. Thanks in advance.

Lmmb74 you most likely added the domain after installing. The installer will use the current hostname in your browser url. You can update the URL in your config.php to match your domain name.

I just get a blank page. No suggestion to relaod the page as you have stated before, just an empty page.

It is happening again. But now I tried to set the hostname while it is and not running the web server. It works for some time then I need to install Flarum again.
