[de] German language pack

Helle folks,

long term eso user here, and silent follower since flarum has been announced. All I can say is bravo.

Realising there isn't any german translation yet, I'm starting to work on it right now. As far as I can comprehend, I have to download the english pack and then translate all the expressions in the folder "locale".

I'm really not sure what comes up afterwards, I have never worked with git or packagist, so when I'm "finished" with translating, I could use some advise to make my work usable for all.

apfelkarpfen also edit the composer file to change the name attribute and the author and other specific details. It's a crucial part in how packagist and composer works.

Can some one who has the ability, add the language tag here. Just searched a long time for a german translation.

I would like to contribute to the translation but which one is the recent one? kakifrucht/flarum-de or cbmainz/flarum-de ?

Reflic Contribute to cbmainz/flarum-de, which has merged all changes. I only linked my fork because cbmainz forgot to merge a while ago.
