Victor12 Do you use Cloudflare?
A force-refresh fixes everything, temporarily
Also provide the output of php flarum info
- Edited
Well, not really. Once again, it temporarily fixed it.
@jordanjay29 I'm using a shared hosting. @luceos

Victor12 Do you have any idea whatflagrow-console 0.4.2is? It still appears in the php flarum infooutput.
Flagrow Console is used by Bazaar to offer cron (scheduled tasks) processing. It is a helper extension which had to be installed as an extension for previous versions, that's why it is listed as such. Right now I guess I can make it a more generic package
Are you using CloudFlare?

I am on a VPS and i see cache problem too. I think my situation are explained well here.
If i log in with a test user, create post, delete it this still be visible if i change page and navigate sometimes.

Debug mode off
I made a test: if i login to my community Beta 8 with an user account in incognito mode than logout i still see me login. I need refresh the page to see i have been logged out. This is not happening in the Flarum community if i do the same test. Issues are present also with post ... the login and incognito mode is just a quick easy test.
I do not use CloudFlare also if i have as nameserver i am not using their network.

peopleinside Still looking for answers. I can't even see avatars, some discussions are hidden, etc. and after a refresh, everything works perfectly. Reinstalled the entire system and it still occurs.
Victor12 Yes the issue is not only on the login... is also when a post is updated or during navigation sometimes.
peopleinside Just saw a comment from @luceos you haven't modified the composer.json to strip all flarum-ext- from the core extensions, check the release notes
After that you need to run composer update again.
Any idea how to do that?
Victor12 No idea sorry. I done composer update when i upgraded Flarum. I do not made any edit at composer.json
peopleinside Same thing here. I just randomly saw this comment and it seems to be part of the installation.
Victor12 flarum-ext-
needs to be removed from all extensions, e.g. flarum-ext-likes
would become just likes
. A special case is the English extension, which would be turned to lang-english
.
OrdinaryJellyfish So my composer.json is correct.
@peopleinside This is off-topic. but could you give me a hand with my vps installation? Got discord?
OrdinaryJellyfish If this is what we're looking at, that's by default. I haven't modified anything in composer.json
Victor12 Well, since it seems a few people are experiencing the same issue, it's probably a bug. If one doesn't already exist, you'll want to open an issue, and then it'll be fixed with beta 8.1 if somebody else can confirm
