Victor12 i am not a developer too. I consider this is an open source project and so support can take sometime. I believe if you need a "premium" support maybe you can find a more fast help.
I understand you, can be stressful know there are an issue on a forum where users are surfing and creating content. Every software sometime have issue especially when you are new and you are using a beta.
You can consider to Sticky a post that alert users you are working for fixing issues... consider this can take sometime... we are person as Toby are, this is not a professional service with a professional dedicated support.
Regarding me ( i am in a different situation that yours as the only user in my community is me) i will wait. You can decide to wait also or don't know 🙂 maybe there are some commercial help or will be. I am sure someone will help us soon.
