Found it. In admin;

"Discussion post crawl settings

This is an important setting about crawling your discussion posts in search results."

Disable it and schema will show "DiscussionForumPosting" instead.

Unfortunately headline field is missing.

And it would be really cool if all replies could be included. Don't think its that hard to fix, check how Xenforo done it. The DiscussionForumPosting schema also have a "best answer" feature if I'm not mistaken, just like Reddit has.

Edit: Think image field is set wrong also, mine is set as default favicon. I think that can be skipped altogether on thread urls..

I am using v1.8.1 and I want to upgrade to a new version. However, after running "composer update v17development/flarum-seo" and refreshing the backend, I find that the version number is still v1.8.1. What's going on? I am using flarum version 1.8.5

mabioca I upgraded PHP8.1 to PHP8.3, and after about half an hour I switched back to PHP8.1. As a result, my website articles could not be opened. The page prompted "Error loading the page, please check the console.", and when clearing the cache in the background, it prompted "Unable to write file. Please check the operation permissions, try again or run the command directly from the command line."

fromsly check under what version the SEO extension is listed in composer.json and use * instead to allow for a major version upgrade (1.x to 2.x).
