Ffuser1 Subarist edit your composer.json file in your root folder,. Make the version there for fof/link have a wildcard * instead of a specific version. Do same for every other extension if you always want to be on the most compatible up to date version
Subarist Ffuser1 tks,It's already "*", maybe I'm missing something else "fof/cookie-consent": "^1.0", "fof/drafts": "*", "fof/formatting": "^1.0", "fof/links": "*", "fof/merge-discussions": "^1.2", "fof/nightmode": "*", "fof/oauth": "*",
IanM Subarist As noted in the announcement post IanM composer require fof/links:"*" php flarum cache:clear
Subarist IanM I'm pretty sure I'm following instructions, simply copy and paste. I also tried to uninstall and then reinstall. Still get 1.0.3 By the way, user-bio/user-directory is upgraded normally [opc@instance20220311042805 flarum]$ sudo composer why-not fof/links:1.1.0 Do not run Composer as root/super user! See https://getcomposer.org/root for details Continue as root/super user [yes]? y [Symfony\Component\Console\Exception\RuntimeException] Not enough arguments (missing: "version"). prohibits [-r|--recursive] [-t|--tree] [--] <package> <version> Hari I tried it, same result
CyberGene Why isn't this update appearing in the Mercury plugin? Latest version is still 1.0.3 there. As a side note, I don't see the User Directory plugin listed there at all, why is that?
Justoverclock luceos get the same: Info from https://repo.packagist.org: #StandWithUkraine There is no installed package depending on "fof/links" in versions not matching 1.1.0, i can't see a 1.1.0 version tagged
CyberGene luceos I get the following: There is no installed package depending on "fof/links" in versions not matching 1.1.0 And I'm on 1.0.3 currently which is the latest before 1.1.0
CyberGene IanM no problem, we really appreciate what you all are doing for us 👏🏻 Thanks a have a nice weekend!
Umutcan The menu structures that I added with Fof Links open with a very bad appearance in the side menu. In the past, a large box was opened from the bottom of the screen, now a bad area is opened in the menu. How do I solve this? Also the fontawesome icon added doesn't fit in the box.
clarkwinkelmann meihuak what did you attempt and what happened? Link labels should support any UTF-8 character. Links might have a validation rule that maybe prevents some UTF-8 characters (?) You should be able to urlencode them before pasting the URL if necessary. You might need to write domain name in punnycode. EDIT: I now see the title of the merged discussion. If you mean having multiple labels that switch when the language is switched, that's not supported. However translating link labels and URLs is a feature offered by this paid extension (not created by FriendsOfFlarum) https://discuss.flarum.org/d/30487-localizd-truly-multi-lingual
