And I'm on 1.0.3 currently which is the latest before 1.1.0

The menu structures that I added with Fof Links open with a very bad appearance in the side menu. In the past, a large box was opened from the bottom of the screen, now a bad area is opened in the menu. How do I solve this?

Also the fontawesome icon added doesn't fit in the box.

Link labels should support any UTF-8 character.

Links might have a validation rule that maybe prevents some UTF-8 characters (?) You should be able to urlencode them before pasting the URL if necessary. You might need to write domain name in punnycode.

EDIT: I now see the title of the merged discussion. If you mean having multiple labels that switch when the language is switched, that's not supported.

However translating link labels and URLs is a feature offered by this paid extension (not created by FriendsOfFlarum) https://discuss.flarum.org/d/30487-localizd-truly-multi-lingual

Does anyone have CSS that would give the links (on desktop) the same hover styling (a slightly darkened background with curved corners) that is already applied to the links on the right hand side of the nav bar (Flagged, Notifications & User name with avatar)?

Where are those link settings supposed to appear, somewhere below "Users", or where it says "this extension has no settings"? I wish the extension author took 5 seconds to explain it in the extension readme, maybe it's obvious when everything is working as expected, but I've spent an hour searching through all menus and reinstalling everything and still not sure if it's not working or I am looking at the wrong screen.

I don't know why the settings are not showing up for you. Which version of this extension do you have?

serg555 This is usually due to cache or a problem with some other extension, Flamoji is a common candidate that breaks the settings pages of other extensions, if it is not one of the extensions you have and you have cleared the cache I would recommend disabling the last extensions you installed maybe you will find the one that is causing the problem.

rob006 maybe he has to set up global permissions for extension to work? 🤷‍♂️ haven't used this extension but that was normally the case with smf.

Found what caused the problem.
It was related to me moving "public" folder to the outside directory incorrectly (forgot to modify 'public' path inside site.php)
