Pirat I suggest that if you are willing to pay this much, you should hire a professional developer.

At this high of a price, it might be best that anyone who takes up this job gets a formal contract signed. But also remember that Flarum is not an involved party in any commissioned scenario like this.

This is true. I have more than 10 years experience writing WordPress and Drupal plugins. I've been looking for a reason to write a Flarum extension.

I assume the extension you need is for private use, or will be a premium at cost extension. I look forward in seeing what you have planned.

Toby's first engine (as you say) was esoTalk which was also built on PHP. I don't know from where you are getting your facts.
