Fastidious There should be info on mention. Post ID XXXX was deleted. In system even if it's content is removed or hidden from public, should stay info about it. Or other hand, if post just didn't exist in DB, so mention should say what 404 say: Never existed or deleted. Or just ignore mentioned post reference, just leaving username reference. If user is removed there should be as @Franz said.

Look here: Mention dummyuser to reply #2000 @dummyuser#2000 result blank hover toolltip. There should be info, that user or reply didn't exist. But I think if post was existed before should stay in DB just to information purposes. To indicate users it was existed when someone reply to it. But it was deleted, by user or admin/moderator. Info about WHO removed it is also nice. If for example: "Moderator removed this post because of forum rules violation"

Is there an ETA on when we can start using this on our websites? I understand it is in Beta right now and I don't mind running Beta, but installation is way too confusing for a noob like me.

We are all excited. Toby we are with you. So far it's looking like it's going to be the greatest forum software. I just hope in the future you don't change from being an open source to commercial.

We want to eventually write migration scripts for other software, but there's a lot to do yet.

Attachments will be an extension. Again, lots to do, we'll get to it eventually.

I have been researching for the coolest looking forum for months, so far this one is HANDS DOWN the best I have seen, far better than discourse and nodebb in my opinion.

can't wait for the official launch date. Not sure if this has been addressed already or not, can I know the price points for Flarum?

Will there be a plugin that help migrate an existing forum to Flarum, for example from BBPRess ?

Also, how come I don't see a feature that allows me to upload? Wonder what the user interface is for uploading images or embedding youtube codes etc

Also, I highly doubt it. Got some scrub on the internet publishing everything he pushed to the public github repository under the name "QDIscuss". So everything is under a private repo.
