Tell me how to pull the search from the menu

In the mobile version there is a search and it is inside the menu, how can I get it out of the menu

I want to make it outside, but I can't understand how

Doing that will require both moving the search bar position via an extension and updating the CSS to integrate the searchbox in its new position.

Thanks clarkwinkelmann, I was just trying to help Pirat find a solution, and I was curious if I could find a way to achieve it.

I don't see a way to do this with CSS alone, and there are no template files to edit.
