Inability to reach the server in instant hits

Digitalocean 1 cpu 2 gb Ram I am running on the server. However, 300-400 people entered the site at a time, the server can not be reached. It returns to normal after 15-20 seconds. Is this software or a server-related problem?

I think your server couldn't handle that much people at the same time. That's probably not related with Flarum.

What's the underlying error of the "something went wrong" message ? What do the webserver logs say ?

YusufYldrm this is caused by your fpm pool. It is set to have a max number it can dynamically grow to. Please note that increasing that value to support 500 or more concurrent users, might not do much as your machine will run out of memory at some point. Worst case random services will be killed to preserve the node.
