NomisCZ steampowered.com is no longer available for auth login, so I guess steam auth will be unavailable again in China.

Any way to get user steam id and populate the steam_id field in database when logging with this?

Or clicking connect steam from profile?

theopathy This extension probably hasn't been updated for beta 14. Unless they explicitly state in a post or the requirement of flarum/core on packagist that it's beta 14 or higher, assume it won't work.

@NomisCZ are you still actively supporting this extension?

I notice you have not updated for beta 15 yet and you are now using a few deprecated features like the settings modal and Event\Serializing. Together with the open version constraint this means users will be able to install it on beta 16 but it will fail. Don't worry though, beta 16 is still a few months away, I'm just doing a round of checks on extensions that haven't been updated since beta 15.

I also noticed the use of data: in the Mithril request builder. This attribute has been renamed to body: in Mithril 2. But I think you can actually just remove the line if the goal is to not send anything in the body https://github.com/NomisCZ/flarum-ext-auth-steam/blob/cda174605e062d500d92777312922f2d2e6da648/js/src/forum/components/SteamUnlinkModal.js#L63

I want to report a problem because if I don't replace the domain name in China steamcommunity.com So binding Steam account is no problem, but if you use steampowered.com Domain name substitution steamcommunity.com (the latter is in the Chinese mainland by the wall), then use the domain name. steampowered.com Will not be able to complete binding! Is there a better way to solve it!
