EnesSolhan setup what ? Setting a null driver is as simple as writing null in the "driver" field of mail settings. To completely disable the features that use email you'd need extensions, but I don't think any exist to disable those features.
Also I'm wondering what happens to the email change feature when you disable email verification. I'm not sure if you can then change freely or if it breaks the feature, as it natively relies on email verification to perform the email change.
