Not sure why it's only that post.

It's the scrubber not the scrollbar for clarification

Anyone else having these issues? Or know what's going on with mine?

MikeJones could be browser specific, I remembered reading somewhere either today or yesterday about the same issue but not related to Flarum (I read A LOT LOL).

But you know the drill, please post the output of php flarum info in the root directory of your install as well as answering the following:

Does this occur in any other browser?
Did you recently notice this issue after a recent browser update?
Have you tested the threshold (aka amount of posts) needed in a discussion to reproduce this issue?

I also just tried it on Firefox, internet explorer and CHrome. Both logged in as a user and not logged in as a user and the scrubber isn't there on certain posts.

This happens on posts with a lot of posts and one with not a lot.

In addition, it looks like I get this error in the console when the scrubber does not show up:

MikeJones just checked those links you posted earlier and confirmed my suspicion, the issue is coming from squeevee-fancybox. Always keep in mind that extensions labelled with a "beta" tag are not completely stable and should only be installed if you don't care about accepting the risks (Flarum is the only exception 😉).

Try disabling the extension and see if the problem persists.

Ralkage You are correct, It was that extension. I re-enabled so I can show the issue to the guy who wrote the extension. I will link to this post. Thanks again!
