Is it possible to make discussions only visibles to its creator for specifics tags ?
For exemple all discussions with the "Help" tag will only be display to admins and to the creator of the discussion ?

I think this plugin is exactly what you're looking for
wwwn not exactly because this one is to create private discussions, I want real discussion which can easily be switch from private to public...
ouroulboulouk if you add yourself as recipient of the private discussion and later remove it, you can easily toggle between public and private 
wwwn I believe what ouroulboulouk is looking for is more like Anonymouse Posting. Which is not a feature or extension for Flarum as of yet.
